From Delhi to Chandigarh (250km), driving time is 4.5 hours. Further, Chandigarh to Kikar Lodge via Ropar  (70km) takes 2 hrs.
By Air: 45 minutes from Delhi to Chandigarh.
By Rail: Shatabdi Express takes 3½ hours from Delhi to Chandigarh Railway Station.
